This is a fully remote, Philippines-based role where you'll work with an experienced team, engage directly with customers, and play a key role in generating high-quality opportunities for licensed insurance advisers. Role Summary As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will contact qualified customers and prospects to complete a life insurance review qualification process. Your role is not to provide financial advice but to gather information, assess eligibility, and connect suitable customers with licensed advisers for further consultation. Using proven scripts, fact-finding techniques, and objection-handling skills, you'll build rapport with customers, identify review opportunities, and ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through adviser handoff.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to qualified customers and prospects using predictive dialer systems. Establish rapport quickly and professionally while clearly explaining the purpose of the call. Complete customer qualification and insurance review assessments. Confirm key policy details including provider, premium amount, cover level, and policy term. Gather relevant customer information such as age, smoking status, and other qualifying factors. Identify life events or changes in circumstances that may create insurance review opportunities. Ask effective questions to uncover customer needs and potential protection gaps. Handle objections professionally while maintaining a positive customer experience. Complete data protection, compliance, and address verification checks. Transfer qualified customers to licensed advisers for further consultation. Maintain accurate and detailed records within the CRM system. Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets. Deliver high-quality opportunities to the adviser team. Contribute to a collaborative, performance-driven remote sales environment. Must-Have Qualifications Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Professional and confident telephone manners. Previous experience in one or more of the following: Outbound Sales Telesales Appointment Setting Lead Generation Insurance Financial Services BPO Customer Service Strong listening, questioning, and relationship-building skills. Ability to follow scripts while maintaining natural and engaging conversations. Proven objection-handling and persuasion skills. Strong attention to detail and accurate note-taking abilities. Experience working with CRM systems. Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving performance targets. Reliable work ethic and professional attitude.

Nice-to-Have

Skills Experience within the insurance, protection, or financial services industries. Knowledge of life insurance and protection products. Experience in mortgage services, claims, or utilities campaigns. Familiarity with predictive dialers and outbound calling platforms. Experience working in a fully remote sales environment. Strong understanding of customer qualification and lead generation best practices.
