Perform root-cause analysis and implement preventative improvements to reduce recurring incidents and improve performance, reliability, and maintainability. Manage and maintain digital information systems supporting the team (web applications, team spaces, and technical documentation) to ensure accurate, current, and accessible information. Support and enable the use of field data collection applications and other automated digital data capture solutions, partnering with users to drive adoption and effective use. Implement and uphold secure development and operational practices (access control, data protection) in coordination with IT/security standards.
