Remote Salesforce Technical Consultant (Independent Contractor) - Poland Engaging Team: Professional Services Contract Type: B2B Independent Contractor / Freelance Retainer Compensation: 16 000 – 19 000 PLN + VAT (B2B) per month Note: Candidates for this role must be in Poland. No other countries will be considered at this time.

Requirements

Description Project Delivery Build and configure solutions on Salesforce as directed by Solution Architects, using primarily declarative Salesforce platform tools: flows, page layouts, validation rules, approval processes, and more. Perform data migration, including data mapping, transformation and data import (Using DataImporter). Deploy configuration changes from sandbox to production (Using Gearset and/or Change Sets). Refine and contribute to test scripts based on solution design and build. Assist during sprint testing and UAT by reviewing feedback and verifying issue resolution. Support the creation of training documentation or end-user guides, based on configuration and key use cases. Participate in post-deployment support to help ensure product adoption and early-stage customer success. Investigate configuration-related escalations and assist the support or product teams as required. Collaboration & Communication Work closely with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and Implementation Consultants to execute assigned tasks. Communicate clearly and promptly on progress, blockers, or dependencies. Attend customer-facing sessions for technical demonstrations or reviews (led by others). Liaise with Precursive Support and Product teams when needed for issue resolution or design clarification. Required Skills & Experience 1–3 years’ experience in a Salesforce-related role (e.g., Admin, Support Analyst, Junior Consultant). Strong communication skills in English; able to speak confidently with internal teams and customers. Experience with Salesforce Flows, Approval Process, Validation Rules, Page Layouts, Record Types, and permission sets. Experience deploying configuration between environment with Change Sets (or Gearset) Experience with data migrations including mapping and importing into Salesforce.

Experience with ISV/OEM applications built on Salesforce. Experience working on Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools. Investigate configuration-related escalations and assist the support or product teams as required. Offer Description Join our Professional Services team as a Salesforce Implementation Specialist. You’ll be working with experienced colleagues to deliver successful Salesforce-based implementations of Precursive, a Salesforce-native solution, through hands-on configuration, data migration, and deployment. You will be working alongside Solution Architects supporting them by building solutions aligned to a defined design, handling deployments and data migration, and playing a key role in testing, training, and support activities throughout the project lifecycle. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with foundational Salesforce skills and a desire to grow their expertise in consulting or product development. Certifications and Learning Salesforce Platform App Builder certification is preferred, but not essential, we’ll fully fund and support you to achieve this if you don’t already have it.
