Senior Product Designer
Overview
We're hiring a Senior Product Designer to help shape and scale a new product, one of our most critical enterprise platforms in revenue cycle management (RCM). This role sits at the intersection of UX design, product strategy, and technical prototyping. You'll partner closely with Product and Engineering to define and deliver complex, high-impact workflows. This is both a 0→1 and a scale role: you'll evolve a large, multi-surface product already in production while helping stand up a new client-facing, AI-enabled offering alongside it. The Product Our new product supports the back end of the RCM lifecycle — a set of interconnected tools and workflows defined by high data density and operational complexity. You'll work across two surfaces: An existing production system with active internal users A new product being built as a client-facing, AI-enabled offering
What We're Looking For
You're problem-first, measuring success by how cleanly a complex workflow resolves, and you treat craft as a tool for clarity rather than decoration. You're comfortable simplifying high-density systems, technically fluent enough to operate in a hybrid design-and-code environment, and energized by building new products rather than only iterating on mature ones. You think in systems and can influence the patterns others build on. Qualifications 7–10+ years in Product Design / UX Design A portfolio demonstrating enterprise UX, complex workflow design, end-to-end ownership, and clear, outcome-driven problem framing Deep expertise in Figma and modern design tooling Experience designing for data-dense, workflow-heavy environments Ability to independently drive user research and discovery Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration Technical & Prototyping Experience building high-fidelity prototypes outside Figma HTML / CSS / JavaScript fundamentals; React familiarity preferred Comfort in dev-adjacent workflows (e.g., VS Code) and AI-assisted prototyping (e.g., Claude / code-gen tools) A working understanding of how design translates into front-end architecture and component systems

Enterprise SaaS, fintech, or complex B2B platform experience Design-system contribution Startup or early-stage product experience Exposure to AI-enabled product experiences Healthcare or RCM experience is not required and is not a primary filter.
