Junior/Middle Growth Product Manager (Mobile Apps)

What You Will Do
Own the development and optimization of Web2App funnels to drive product growth and improve conversion rates. Plan, execute, and evaluate A/B tests to quickly validate concepts with live users and adapt them to achieve desired outcomes. Use tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar platforms to gather data and monitor impact. Monitor budgets and results to ensure objectives are met efficiently and effectively. Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, analysts, and content creators to optimize user onboarding experiences, delivering seamless and engaging journeys for new users. Meet with clients regularly and participate in pre-sale calls to establish strong relationships and understand their needs. What We Expect 1–3 years of experience in marketing, product, or mobile app-related roles, ideally in a startup or fast-paced tech environment. Hands-on understanding of Web2App funnels and quiz-based funnel mechanics. Solid understanding of mobile app user behavior and experience working with funnel metrics. Background in mobile marketing, subscription apps or marketing agencies is a strong plus. A data-first mindset with the ability to generate hypotheses and execute iterative tests based on insights.
