This Principal Data Scientist (Tech-6) will support the data analysis, advanced statistics and data best-practices for advanced modeling techniques for financial planning and strategic forecasting. Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain Data Science, you will help manage areas of Data Science that help redefine how our Finance Teams forecast and plan for our US Supply Chain and US Retail Operations. You will work side-by-side with leadership to partner across multiple Walmart Finance organizations that support different businesses. You will be an advisor on designing, refining and delivering efficient financial data for Financial Planning through our forward-looking strategy and reporting teams. What you'll do: Advise Leadership and Partners on Data Science Optimization for Advanced Financial Modeling by supporting priorities and providing a forward-looking lens for the Walmart Finance Teams you support Provide Relevant Data Sources and Analysis for Finance Strategy Models for Supply Chain Operations by understanding business context, Responsibilities: Assist customers via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Resolve customer inquiries and concerns efficiently, striving for first-contact resolution. Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Navigate multiple systems and databases accurately to access and input customer information. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain a positive and supportive work environment. Adhere to Walmart's policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service to our valued customers. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
