They are seeking a Fractional Business Development Director to lead the sales process, manage the business development pipeline, and collaborate on growth strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Take Discovery Sales Calls with prospective school clients
  • Lead and manage the business development pipeline
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on monthly growth strategies
  • Manage sales and administrative staff connected to business development
  • Run daily Business Development huddles
  • Attend weekly Leadership calls
  • Help turn marketing activity into real sales opportunities
  • Report directly to the Vice President

Skills

  • Experience in Education, EdTech, or school services
  • Strong discovery call and sales call experience
  • The ability to manage people, process, and follow-up
  • Comfort working inside a small but growing company
  • Strong work-from-home discipline and professional communication skills
  • The ability to think strategically while also helping execute daily priorities
  • Confidence speaking with school leaders and decision-makers
  • A growth-minded, ownership-driven approach to business development
