[Remote] Influencer Marketing Coordinator

Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions, formed in 2023 through the merger of DISYS and Signature Consultants. They are seeking a highly organized Social & Influencer Associate to support influencer marketing and paid social programs, focusing on creator sourcing, content review, and campaign operations.
Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and recommend creators across and emerging social platforms
- Support influencer campaign execution from creator selection through content delivery
- Evaluate creators based on audience demographics, engagement metrics, content quality, brand fit, and campaign objectives
- Monitor creator trends and surface new partnership opportunities to the team
- Review influencer content submissions to ensure alignment with campaign briefs, brand guidelines, FTC requirements, and platform best practices
- Coordinate revisions and feedback between creators, agencies, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain content approval workflows and track asset status across multiple campaigns
- Serve as a primary day-to-day operator for Social Media One workflows
- Source creator content and manage creator submissions within the platform
- Maintain campaign organization, creator communications, and asset tracking
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and platform adoption
- Manage influencer content trafficking and asset delivery across Social Media Platform
- Coordinate with Paid Media and Social teams to ensure content is delivered accurately, on time, and in the proper format
- Track usage rights, deliverables, and campaign asset libraries
- Support paid amplification efforts by organizing creator assets and required documentation
- Maintain campaign trackers, creator databases, and workflow documentation
- Assist with influencer program reporting and performance recaps
- Support gifting, product seeding, and creator logistics as needed
- Help identify process improvements that increase efficiency across the influencer program
Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, creator partnerships, digital marketing, or a related field
- Strong understanding of Top social media, and creator ecosystem trends
- Experience working with influencer marketing platforms and creator tools
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in fast-paced environments
- Experience reviewing social content and providing constructive feedback
- Familiarity with paid social workflows and influencer content licensing/usage rights is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working at a consumer brand, agency, or influencer marketing organization
- Familiarity with creator analytics and social performance metrics
- Passion for social media, internet culture, and the evolving creator economy
