[Remote] Associate Account Executive

Abacus.AI is a fast growing SaaS AI company revolutionizing the way businesses leverage artificial intelligence to drive efficiency and innovation. They are seeking highly motivated Sales/Business Development Representatives who will identify and engage potential clients, driving the initial stages of the sales funnel until promoted to Enterprise Account Executive.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through research, outbound prospecting, and networking
- Outreach: Utilize sales engagement platforms, along with parallel dialers to efficiently connect with prospects
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a robust pipeline of leads moving through the sales cycle, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate record-keeping in our CRM system
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies that drive conversion
- Opportunity Development: Engage prospects in consultative discovery discussions, qualify opportunities against key criteria, and help progress deals through the sales process
Skills
- 2+ years as an SDR/BDR/AE within a tech company, preferably a startup
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in using sales engagement platforms like LinkedIn, Outreach, Salesloft and parallel dialers such as Orum or Nooks
- Proven ability to work independently, managing time and resources effectively
- A strong desire to advance to an Enterprise Account Executive role, with a relentless drive to achieve and exceed goals
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and implement innovative approaches to overcome challenges and meet objectives
- Capacity to perform under pressure, maintaining focus and effectiveness in a high-paced environment
- You must be authorized to work in the US
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required
