[Remote] Senior Instructional Design Project Manager (Technical / Semiconductor)

Clarity Consultants is seeking a Senior Instructional Design Project Manager to lead a global training transformation for a centralized engineering team within the semiconductor industry. This role involves partnering with senior L&D leaders to modernize and scale technical training, as well as managing cross-functional teams to redesign and develop content.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate existing content and identify priority learning areas
- Define learning strategy, project plan, and roadmap
- Lead execution and manage cross-functional teams
- Partner with SMEs to redesign and develop content
- Build structured learning paths and deploy via LMS/SharePoint
Skills
- Senior-level ID PM with strong needs analysis and scoping experience
- Background in semiconductor or highly technical environments
- Proven ability to lead large L&D initiatives and teams
- Excellent communicator, comfortable working with VP-level stakeholders
