About The Role As a Data Assistant, you will be an integral part of our School of International Service, focusing on the High School Summer Scholars (HSSS) and National Student Leadership Conference (NSLC) initiatives. Your work will directly contribute to our data-driven decision-making process, enhancing the effectiveness and reach of these programs. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage with data analytics within an educational setting, ensuring a rich learning experience and involvement in program development.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management: Collect, organize, and maintain student data from diverse sources, ensuring accuracy and integrity. You'll be in charge of updating databases and systems for optimal data retrieval and management. Data Analysis: Play a pivotal role in analyzing data to uncover trends and insights, assisting in the strategic planning of our summer courses. Your analysis will support decision-making and the development of targeted marketing strategies. Collaboration: Work closely with the Pre-college Director to refine metrics and KPIs, contributing to the program's continuous improvement.

Flexible Hours: This part-time position requires 10-15 hours of your time each week, primarily during the spring and summer of 2024, with a potential for extension.
