Sapiens is seeking an Account Based Marketing Manager for North America to lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and demand generation initiatives aimed at revenue growth. This high-impact role requires strategic thinking and execution, working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and other partners to drive measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the North America ABM strategy aligned to revenue and sales priorities
- Develop and manage ABM motions across Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts
- Translate business objectives into clear, scalable ABM programs
- Lead multi-channel demand generation campaigns across:
- + Paid media
- + SEO / AEO / GEO
- + Email and marketing automation
- + Content and digital channels
- Partner with agencies and vendors while retaining accountability for performance, ROI, and outcomes
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with sales plays, account plans, and regional priorities
- Partner closely with Sales leadership, account teams, SDRs, and regional marketing
- Align on target accounts, messaging, campaign timing, and follow-up strategies
- Act as a strategic marketing partner focused on revenue impact, not just activity
- Own performance reporting and insights across engagement, conversion, pipeline contribution, and ROI
- Use data to identify opportunities, optimize campaigns, and improve efficiency
- Continuously test, learn, and iterate to drive improved outcomes
- Leverage AI tools to improve targeting, personalization, messaging, and campaign effectiveness
- Identify practical ways to incorporate AI into ABM execution and performance optimization
- Increased pipeline and revenue contribution from target accounts
- Strong engagement and conversion rates across ABM campaigns
- Improved campaign efficiency and return on investment
- Clear alignment and credibility with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders
- Data-driven reporting that demonstrates marketing’s impact on revenue
Skills
- 5–8+ years of experience in B2B ABM, demand generation, or growth marketing
- Proven experience owning and leading ABM programs tied to revenue outcomes
- Strong understanding of: Paid media strategy, ABM frameworks and segmentation, Multi-channel demand generation
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and ABM platform
- Strong analytical and performance-optimization skills
- Comfortable operating in a KPI-driven, performance-focused environment
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance marketing effectiveness
- Strong communication skills and ability to partner with senior sales stakeholders
