The role requires extensive experience in ServiceNow implementations and a solid understanding of technical solutions in the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Skills

  • 7+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience, or similar Enterprise SaaS/competitor solutions
  • 5+ years of practitioner experience (e.g., Infrastructure Operations, Internal Controls/Audit, Security Operations, Asset Manager)
  • Must have a CAD, CSA and 1 CIS cert
  • Experience with end-to-end ServiceNow technical solutions
  • Come from a consulting background
