[Remote] SMB Account Executive

The SMB Account Executive focuses on growing revenue and long-term success within the existing customer portfolio through consultative upselling and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Consult with existing class-based customers to understand goals, surface needs, and recommend the right solutions
- Proactively initiate customer outreach across channels (calls, emails, follow-ups, and demos) based on customer preferences
- Build and run a personal sales operating rhythm (daily, weekly, monthly) to consistently exceed targets and reduce churn
- Deliver clear, compelling product demonstrations and customer-facing recommendations tied to business outcomes
- Stay current on product updates, releases, partner offerings, and relevant industry trends
- Manage your pipeline and opportunities in Salesforce.com to track progress, activity, and next steps
- Forecast results monthly and quarterly with accuracy and consistency
Skills
- 1+ years of professional sales experience, ideally in SaaS and/or the health and wellness industry
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- 1+ years of experience preparing and presenting customer business reviews and/or packaged proposals
- Strong consultative selling and discovery skills, with comfort guiding customers through options and tradeoffs
- Confident presentation skills, including communicating effectively with executive-level stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Comfort learning web technologies and working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
