[Remote] FinOps Analyst Intern

The role involves managing and optimizing cloud costs, analyzing financial data, and assisting with process improvements while providing hands-on experience in cloud financial management.
Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing cloud usage and spending patterns across platforms (Azure)
- Prepare cost reports, dashboards, and summaries using tools like Power BI and Excel
- Help maintain FinOps workflows, including tagging, anomaly detection, and cost allocation
- Support monthly forecasting exercises and assist in preparing accrual summaries for finance reviews
- Gain exposure to FinOps tools and frameworks; assist in automating repetitive tasks where possible
- Work with engineering and finance teams to align cloud spending with business objectives
Skills
- Language Fluency: English (Required)
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing cloud usage and spending patterns across platforms (Azure)
