[Remote] Experiential Marketing Coordinator

The Experiential Marketing Coordinator will support the planning, coordination, and execution of experiential marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure successful activations.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of experiential marketing campaigns
- Collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and clients to develop event concepts
- Managing timelines and ensuring all experiential activations are delivered on schedule and within budget
- Coordinating event logistics and tracking deliverables
- Preparing briefs and recaps, and maintaining organized documentation for multiple simultaneous projects
- Managing communication with partners and overseeing on-site details when needed
- Supporting the measurement and reporting of campaign performance
- Assisting with proposals, sales support materials, and written content that clearly conveys experiential ideas and campaign results
Skills
- Strong Communication and Writing skills to collaborate with stakeholders, prepare clear documentation, and create concise client-facing materials
- Proven Project Management and Event Planning skills to coordinate timelines, logistics, budgets, and resources across multiple experiential campaigns
- Comfortable supporting Sales efforts, including preparing pitch materials, gathering case studies, and assisting with client proposals
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage priorities independently, and maintain attention to detail under deadlines
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., project management platforms, spreadsheets, presentation software)
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in marketing, advertising, or experiential/events environment is preferred; agency or media background is a plus
