Effodio, Inc. is a company founded by industry veterans from leading tech companies, focused on revolutionizing application and infrastructure analytics in the cloud. They are seeking an Account Executive to drive sales of their Enterprise software, manage client relationships, and ensure customer success through effective engagement and strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Client Relationship: You will drive the deal strategy, serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for assigned accounts, and build long-lasting, value-driven partnerships
  • Drive Customer Success: Understand customer goals, usage patterns, and pain points to proactively guide them toward success with our platform
  • Ensure Retention & Growth: Monitor account health and engagement levels to identify risks early and uncover opportunities for renewals, expansions, and upsells
  • Act as the Customer’s Advocate: Provide client feedback to internal teams to help influence product direction, support strategy, and enhance the overall user experience
  • Deliver Business Reviews: Run periodic check-ins and executive-level business reviews that demonstrate and reinforce Effodio’s strategic value
  • Coordinate Internally: Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to align on customer goals and ensure timely, collaborative delivery of deliverables
  • Track and Report: Maintain account plans and provide regular reporting on account status, opportunities, and risks to internal stakeholders

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive, selling in cloud, SaaS, infrastructure, or data platform environments
  • Strong technical acumen with a solid understanding of cloud and on-prem platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and related infrastructure tools
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts and successfully driving adoption, retention, and growth
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. You can engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience delivering client-facing business reviews and crafting tailored success plans
  • A customer-first mindset and a proactive, empathetic approach to solving problems
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
