[Remote] Business Development Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Silicon Path Law is a fast-growing immigration law firm focused on business immigration visas. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to identify and close strategic partnerships, build relationships with corporate clients, and manage the full business development cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and research target markets and partnership opportunities across tech companies, staffing and recruiting agencies, and large enterprise HR teams
  • Build and execute outbound outreach strategies: cold outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, industry events, and referral networks
  • Develop and pitch Siliconpath’s B2B value proposition to HR leaders, talent acquisition teams, and executive decision-makers
  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements that establish Siliconpath as an embedded immigration partner for corporate clients
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring ongoing engagement and referral flow
  • Continuously analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and new verticals to surface untapped opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal attorneys and the client intake team to ensure smooth onboarding of corporate partners and their referred clients
  • Maintain a disciplined, up-to-date pipeline in the CRM with full visibility into activity, stages, and forecasted revenue
  • Represent Siliconpath at industry conferences, networking events, and professional associations
  • Report regularly on pipeline health, partnership performance, and new market insights

Skills

  • 3+ years of B2B business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales experience
  • Proven track record of building pipelines and closing deals, not just managing existing accounts
  • Experience selling to or partnering with HR, talent acquisition, or legal/professional services teams is a strong advantage
  • Background in immigration, legal services, or HR tech is a significant plus
  • Proficiency with CRM and outreach tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
