[Remote] SEM/SEO & Technical Support Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. MTA360 is seeking an experienced SEO & Technical Support Manager with a strong background in Pay-Per-Click (PPC) to lead their digital marketing support operations. This role involves strategic SEO leadership, technical troubleshooting, and performance-driven paid media management to drive measurable growth for clients in the home services sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Oversee keyword research, content strategy, and competitive analysis
- Manage and improve backlink profiles with a focus on authority and quality
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions; provide actionable insights and reporting
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates and evolving search trends, including AI-driven search
- Diagnose and resolve website performance issues, indexing challenges, and technical errors
- Conduct audits related to site speed, crawlability, schema, and mobile usability
- Work directly with the IT Fulfillment Team on website architecture, implementations, migrations, and ongoing enhancements
- Ensure alignment between SEO strategy and technical execution across all deliverables
- Serve as a technical escalation point for client and internal support requests
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns focused on high-intent lead acquisition
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously refine for improved ROI
- Integrate PPC insights with SEO strategy for a comprehensive digital approach
- Communicate strategies, performance, and recommendations clearly to clients and internal teams
- Participate in client calls and presentations as a subject matter expert
- Collaborate cross-functionally with account management, content, and IT teams
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to process and workflow improvements
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in SEO (agency experience preferred)
- Strong technical SEO expertise (site audits, indexing, Core Web Vitals, schema, etc.)
- Proven experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads required; Bing/Meta a plus)
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
- Experience in lead generation strategies, ideally within home services (HVAC, plumbing, etc.)
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Experience integrating SEO and PPC into a unified acquisition strategy
- Strong ability to collaborate with technical teams and translate marketing objectives into execution
- Familiarity with AI-driven search trends and evolving SERP features
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a high level of ownership and accountability
