[Remote] Business Development Specialist - Healthcare Sector

The role of Business Development Specialist involves identifying prospective members and partners, conducting outreach, and educating them about healthcare cost-sharing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify prospective members and partners, focusing on individuals, families, and small businesses facing high insurance premiums
- Conduct outreach through phone, email, and online channels
- Educate prospects about Impact Health Sharing solutions and guide them through the membership process
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads
- Collaborate with internal teams on marketing initiatives
- Track performance metrics
- Consistently follow up with prospects and provide responsive customer care
- Represent the brand in a professional, ethical manner
Skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to clearly explain healthcare cost-sharing solutions, handle questions, and support prospects and members
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify target audiences, develop prospect lists, and evaluate new growth opportunities in the healthcare sector
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret lead data, assess campaign effectiveness, and refine outreach strategies based on measurable results
- Experience or strong interest in healthcare, insurance, or health benefits sales is highly beneficial
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage a part-time schedule, and meet activity and performance goals
- Comfort using CRM tools, online communication platforms, and basic productivity software
- High level of integrity, empathy, and commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive service for all prospective members
