[Remote] Sr. Technical Program Manager, WW Tech Partners Solutions Architecture
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Amazon Web Services (AWS) is the world’s most comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud platform. They are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead high-visibility programs that drive strategic engagement between AWS and Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners, managing complex program lifecycles and cross-functional execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead the effective and efficient delivery of large, complex technical programs and the associated projects
- Drive effective cross-functional teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitments across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities
- Manage overall initiative and program lifecycles, including timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication, to ensure successful execution
- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance business needs with technical constraints
- Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues, and risks at multiple levels
- Create, maintain, and disseminate program information to stakeholders
- Coordinate with Solutions Architects and other stakeholders to identify gaps, prioritize enhancements for the team initiatives and programs
Skills
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
