[Remote] TikTok Shop Account Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Peregrine Commerce is a full-service e-commerce marketing agency that is experiencing rapid growth in its TikTok Shop services. They are seeking a TikTok Shop Account Manager to manage a portfolio of 8–10 brands, overseeing operations, creator pipelines, performance reporting, and campaign execution.

Responsibilities

• You'll manage an active portfolio of 8–10 brands — running day-to-day operations, keeping creator pipelines moving, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks
• Creator pipeline — sourcing, outreach, onboarding, and accountability across all active brands
• Backend operations — affiliate program setup, campaign configuration, approval queues, product management
• Performance reporting — weekly EOW reports, data pulls, and conversion analysis delivered on schedule
• Campaign execution — bounty drops, leaderboard announcements, GMV Max campaign monitoring

Skills

• At least 12 months of hands-on TikTok Shop management — agency or brand side
• You've taken a TikTok Shop from zero — not just maintained one someone else built
• Comfortable across multiple accounts simultaneously without dropping balls
• Data-first — you pull the numbers, read them, and act on them without being asked
• High ownership, low ego. You close loops without being chased
