[Remote] Regional Account Manager, Keystone – GEM
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Mirum Pharmaceuticals is a biopharmaceutical company dedicated to transforming the treatment of rare diseases. The Regional Account Manager, Keystone will formulate effective regional strategies and be responsible for improving diagnosis rates, growing sales, and partnering across the organization.
Responsibilities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, including 3 years of field-based experience in account management, sales, and/or field reimbursement
- Ability to travel frequently (up to 70% overnight) and maintain a valid driver's license
- Understands and effectively communicates complex scientific information

- Collaborates cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Market Access, Medical, Operations, Compliance)

- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Experience in specialty, genetics, or rare disease markets strongly preferred
- Proven success in product launches, ideally with first-in-class therapies and in competitive markets
- Experience navigating complex rare disease patient journeys, including diagnosis, referral pathways, and access challenges
- Experience working in ambiguous environments requiring cross-specialty coordination for patient identification
- Experience managing a large multi-state geography preferred
