Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ActiveSoft, Inc is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) Support Analyst for a 6-month remote contract. The role involves developing and customizing solutions within D365, as well as integrating various platforms and ensuring scalable solution deployment.

Skills

  • 3- 5 years of experience developing and customizing solutions within D365 (CE)
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Code Apps)
  • Experience with integrations using APIs, Azure services, and middleware platforms
  • Solid understanding of D365 data model, forms, views, security, and extensibility frameworks
  • Experience with Azure DevOps (user stories, bugs, tasks, sprints)
  • Ability to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable solutions
  • Experience with AI (e.g. Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in enterprise environments with complex integrations
  • Knowledge of Azure cloud services and architecture
  • Prior experience working in Agile delivery models
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
