[Remote] Human Resources Information System Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dexian is seeking a Human Resources Information System Analyst to provide support for Workday functionality. The role involves troubleshooting, configuring business processes, and ensuring data integrity while collaborating with functional teams for system enhancements and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for Workday functionality, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Configure and maintain Workday business processes, fields, and security settings
- Support system enhancements, releases, and testing efforts
- Partner with functional teams to gather requirements and translate into system solutions
- Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards
- Ensure data integrity through audits, validations, and reconciliation processes
- Assist with integrations, data loads, and system interfaces as needed
- Support documentation, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement initiatives
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Approximately 3–5 years of HRIS hands-on Workday system administration / support
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working in cross-functional environments with HR, Payroll, and IT
- Hands-on experience in at least one or more of the following Workday functional areas: Integrations (CCB preferred), Payroll
