The role involves building and enhancing dashboards, collaborating with business units to meet reporting needs, and ensuring data accuracy across multiple sources.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze large, complex datasets using statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support organizational growth and efficiency
  • Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports that deliver accurate, on time information to business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with business units to understand reporting needs, translate them into technical requirements, and ensure deliverables align with strategic objectives
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across multiple sources; troubleshoot discrepancies and implement corrective actions
  • Work closely with IT, operations, and business teams to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to streamline data workflows, automate reporting, and enhance analytical capabilities

  • Technical & Non Technical Communication — Skilled at presenting insights to diverse audiences, translating complex data into clear narratives
  • Data Modeling & Statistics — Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, statistical analysis, and data engineering fundamentals
  • Problem Solving — Ability to diagnose issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions
  • Written & Verbal Communication — Excellent communication skills for documentation, presentations, and stakeholder engagement
