[Remote] Account Manager

The role involves managing customer relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding, and promoting SKIDATA's solutions to maximize value and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Outside Sales to support customers post-award and prior to go-live, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
  • Assume full ownership of customer success following go-live, serving as the primary point of contact for ongoing relationship management
  • Proactively monitor customer health, satisfaction, and system adoption to ensure long-term success
  • Drive customer retention by identifying and mitigating risks that could lead to churn
  • Develop and execute account plans focused on expanding customer value and deepening relationships
  • Identify opportunities for modernization, upgrades, and asset refresh initiatives, and coordinate with Outside Sales to pursue them
  • Advocate for and promote SKIDATA’s latest innovations and offerings, including:
  • Mobility Suite as a Service (MSaaS)
  • License Plate Recognition (LPR) solutions
  • Ticketless and ticket-reduced technologies
  • Actively convert legacy software customers to MSaaS solutions to drive recurring revenue growth
  • Keep customers informed about new SKIDATA products, features, and enhancements
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers fully understand and leverage SKIDATA solutions
  • Partner with the Training team to identify and coordinate additional customer training needs
  • Collaborate with Operations and Support teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
  • Maintain strong alignment with Outside Sales on account status, opportunities, and risks

Skills

  • 3–7 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or related client-facing role
  • Proven track record of managing customer relationships and driving retention/growth
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in SaaS, technology, mobility, parking, or infrastructure solutions
  • Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM)

Benefits

  • Quarterly Bonus: Eligible for a performance-based bonus of $7,500 per quarter (up to $30,000 annually), tied to key metrics such as retention, customer satisfaction, and revenue expansion
