Responsibilities
- Help customers navigate complex, high-value purchasing decisions
- Provide product expertise, technical guidance, and personalized recommendations
- Explain technical specifications, installation requirements, and product configurations in a clear, customer-friendly manner
Skills
- 3+ years of B2C sales experience in a technical or consultative sales environment
- Experience leading, coaching, or building successful sales teams
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers
- Familiarity with electrical, construction, installation, home improvement, mechanical, or related technical concepts
- Proven success selling high-ticket products or solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong curiosity and ability to learn complex products quickly
