The role involves planning, organizing, and guiding teams to execute project tasks efficiently and ensuring successful outcomes in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prior experience in a healthcare environment required
  • Demonstrated project experience in healthcare and/or biomedical engineering
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Perform core job responsibilities; additional duties may be assigned as needed
  • Develop project plans aligned with organizational goals and strategic priorities
  • Build stakeholder support and influence decisions to ensure alignment
  • Manage stakeholder expectations from project initiation through post‐deployment
  • Develop project charters, plans, and secure necessary approvals
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver successful outcomes
  • Oversee integration, training, and implementation activities
  • Coordinate stakeholders and teams across multiple concurrent projects
  • Conduct root cause analysis and develop effective corrective actions

Skills
