[Remote] Manager, Recruitment Marketing

Confidential Careers is seeking a Manager, Recruitment Marketing who will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies to attract high-quality clinicians. This role combines marketing expertise with recruitment dynamics to enhance employer branding and improve candidate engagement and hiring outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated recruitment marketing strategies that align with enterprise brand standards while differentiating TeamHealth in competitive clinician markets
- Partner with Corporate Marketing and Communications to ensure consistent, compelling employer brand positioning across all candidate touchpoints
- Define audience-first messaging frameworks tailored to key clinical segments (Emergency Medicine, Hospital Medicine, Anesthesiology, Post-Acute, etc.)
- Translate business and hiring priorities into targeted go-to-market strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion
- Champion the evolution of TeamHealth’s employer value proposition (EVP) for clinicians
- Lead end-to-end execution of multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, email, programmatic, events, and content platforms
- Partner with internal teams and agencies to deliver high-quality creative, storytelling, and campaign assets (videos, landing pages, ads, email nurture journeys, etc.)
- Optimize candidate journeys using marketing best practices (segmentation, personalization, retargeting, conversion optimization)
- Ensure recruitment marketing efforts are not transactional, but brand-building and demand-generating
- Establish clear KPIs tied to both marketing performance and hiring outcomes (pipeline volume, conversion rates, cost per hire, quality of hire)
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and channel performance to continuously optimize spend, targeting, and messaging
- Leverage data from ATS/CRM, analytics tools, and marketing platforms to generate insights and inform strategy
- Partner with Recruitment Analytics to connect marketing activity to downstream hiring results
- Develop deep understanding of clinician talent markets, including competitive positioning, candidate behaviors, and regional dynamics
- Build and maintain audience segmentation strategies to enable precision targeting and personalization
- Monitor industry trends, competitor employer branding, and emerging marketing channels to identify opportunities for differentiation
- Apply insights to refine messaging, sourcing strategies, and campaign approaches
- Serve as a key partner to Talent Acquisition leaders, recruiters, and operations teams to align marketing strategies with hiring needs
- Collaborate closely with Corporate Marketing, Digital, and Communications to ensure brand consistency and leverage enterprise capabilities
- Support recruiting teams with targeted marketing strategies for hard-to-fill roles, new business, and priority markets
- Partner with business development and clinical leadership to align recruitment messaging with organizational growth strategies
- Manage external agencies and vendors (creative, media, job boards, programmatic partners), ensuring performance and brand alignment
- Optimize budget allocation to maximize ROI across channels and campaigns
- Introduce new tools, platforms, and technologies to modernize recruitment marketing capabilities
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 6–8+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or digital marketing, with at least 2–3 years supporting talent acquisition or employer brand initiatives
- Proven success in building and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes
- Strong foundation in brand strategy, audience segmentation, and performance marketing (not just recruiting operations)
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social platforms, programmatic advertising, CRM/ATS integrations)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect marketing metrics to business impact
- Experience managing vendors, agencies, and/or cross-functional project teams
- Demonstrates proven leadership attributes, including the ability to build a shared vision, champion a strong customer focus, and consistently deliver results
- Creates alignment across stakeholders and leads with credibility, transparency, and accountability
- Experience successfully managing large teams
- A track record of motivating, coaching, and developing talent to achieve high performance and professional growth
- Demonstrated innovation in candidate sourcing strategies and recruitment marketing
- Strong understanding of the competitive clinician recruitment landscape and the ability to build proactive pipelines
- Experience designing, delivering, and executing comprehensive recruitment plans that align with organizational priorities
