[Remote] Sales Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Crexendo is a leading provider of Unified Communications as a Service and Contact Center as a Service solutions. This role is in the retail Division, representing their VIP Platform to US-based businesses, where the candidate will partner with Account Executives to demonstrate product capabilities and assist in team selling.
Responsibilities
- Clearly articulate technical capabilities and give technical demonstrations
- Partner with the sales team to identify customer needs and provide technical solutions
- Assist in the sales process through customer acquisition and handoff to implementation
- Provide general technical support to clients
Skills
- Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads
- Willingness to travel
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
