[Remote] Healthcare Analyst (SNF/ALF)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dice is seeking a Healthcare Analyst with expertise in skilled nursing and assisted living facility operations. The role requires hands-on experience in these settings, fluency in Jira and Confluence, and the ability to translate stakeholder conversations into actionable product requirements.
Responsibilities
- Direct, hands-on operational experience inside a skilled nursing or assisted living facility
- You have worked on a healthcare software product, ideally an EMR, EHR, or a system that integrates with one
- Demonstrated ability to translate stakeholder conversations into product requirements that engineers can build from
- Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence is not negotiable
- Native English language proficiency
- Comfort using AI tools as part of your daily workflow
Skills

- A four year college degree from an accredited institution
- Authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
- Prior career as a nurse, DON, administrator, MDS coordinator, or operational lead inside a SNF or ALF
- Time spent in a dedicated BA role at a healthcare software or B2B SaaS company
- Familiarity with CMS reporting requirements, MDS submission, PDPM, and the post acute reimbursement landscape
- Experience working on products in environments where HIPAA, audit posture, and compliance documentation are part of the daily reality
