[Remote] Administrative Assistant

In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to team members and leadership, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and creating a positive experience for stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to team members and leadership
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and welcoming manner
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files to ensure information is accurate and easily accessible
- Assist with meeting preparation, including scheduling, agendas, materials, and follow-up tasks
- Coordinate travel arrangements and support expense reporting when required
- Order office supplies and help maintain an organized work environment
- Support special projects and assist with other administrative tasks as business needs evolve
