Position Overview

We are seeking a visionary Director, Consumer Data Collection and Activation to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of first‑party data (1PD) strategies across arenaflex’s digital ecosystem. This senior role will be based in California, but operates fully remotely, offering flexibility while maintaining close collaboration with cross‑functional teams. The successful candidate will own the end‑to‑end data collection architecture, drive activation initiatives, and ensure compliance with privacy regulations, all while championing a culture of data stewardship and customer‑centric innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive 1PD acquisition and activation roadmaps that align with arenaflex’s broader business objectives and digital transformation agenda.
  • Data Architecture Design: Architect and continuously refine data collection mechanisms—including website forms, mobile app prompts, loyalty sign‑ups, and interactive surveys—to capture high‑quality consumer insights.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, Media, Technology, and external agency teams to embed data‑driven decision making into campaign planning, content personalization, and product development.
  • Activation & Personalization: Lead the creation of segmented, real‑time activation flows that power personalized email, push, and on‑site experiences, ensuring relevance for each consumer segment.
  • Privacy & Compliance Management: Work closely with Legal, Compliance, and Security teams to embed consent management, data minimization, and GDPR/CCPA best practices into every collection touchpoint.
