Position Overview

The Virtual Customer Service Representative role at arenaflex is a remote, full‑time position that focuses on delivering exceptional support to our card members. You will be the voice of arenaflex, handling inbound inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized recommendations that align with each customer’s unique profile and needs. Key Responsibilities
