Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine administrative tasks such as updating knowledge‑base articles, preparing summary reports, and assisting with data entry projects.

Essential Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of experience in a customer support, help‑desk, or live chat environment, preferably within a remote or distributed team.
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally in written English, with strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively while handling multiple chat sessions simultaneously.
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and chat software (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk) to track and resolve customer issues.
  • Self‑motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting, while also being a collaborative team player.
  • High level of digital literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic troubleshooting of web‑based applications.
