Requirements
- Process minded, able to generate refined output from general concepts

- A motivated, results oriented, team player who can successfully collaborate with multiple personalities and communicate with all levels of the organization
- Able to work under tight deadlines with a high attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years experience in identifying and implementing process improvements, providing data analysis and managing cross-department project teams and/or outside vendors
- 3+ years acting as a developer for a Salesforce CRM instance
- Salesforce.com Admin Certification or equivalent hands on experience as a Salesforce administrator
- Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
- Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications
- Working knowledge of SQL, FileMaker, Tableau and/or other data analysis tools
- Experience using data driven methods to analyze and solve business situations
- An understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
- A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
- Experience working in a software sales environment and/or with international subsidiaries/distribution partners
- Working knowledge of database creation and management
- Exceptional knowledge and experience working with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
