As a Remote Data Entry Analyst – Sales Analytics for arenaflex, you will be the backbone of the Investigation Group, supporting account leaders with reliable data, thorough research, and strategic recommendations. Key Responsibilities
Gather data from multiple sources, including internal record systems, arenaflex’s proprietary databases, and external data providers. Validate the accuracy and credibility of external data, ensuring compliance with arenaflex’s data‑quality standards. Clean, format, and transform raw data into structured, analysis‑ready datasets using Excel, Google Sheets, or other data‑management tools. Support Account Managers by fulfilling data requests, preparing reports, and maintaining up‑to‑date information in arenaflex’s CRM platform. Utilize arenaflex’s CRM (formerly known as Salesforce) to update account details, upload new data, and track task progress. Participate in special projects and research initiatives, providing data‑driven insights that inform strategic planning. Develop and deliver customized reports and recommendations that help senior leadership make informed business decisions. Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for cross‑functional teams. Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold arenaflex’s brand standards in all communications and deliverables.
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. Demonstrated experience with data entry, data cleansing, or data management in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non‑technical stakeholders. Self‑motivated and capable of working independently while thriving in a collaborative, remote team setting.
