What You Will Do as a Front End Software Engineer at arenaflex

Core Engineering Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop, investigate, and troubleshoot complex front-end programming programs for product enhancements, new product launches, and customer-facing platform improvements at arenaflex.
• Take ownership of detailed concept design through the entire development lifecycle, from ideation and architecture through deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
• Prepare, lead, and execute systems programming tests requiring both interactive user testing and automated software testing to validate functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and developers in less senior positions, fostering a culture of technical excellence, code review, and knowledge sharing.
• Document various software programs using flowcharts, visualizations, and diagrams to ensure all stakeholders have a comprehensive understanding throughout the development process.

Collaboration and Delivery

• Partner with product managers, designers, and backend specialists within arenaflex to translate user stories into elegant, accessible, and performant UI components.

Essential Skills and Technical Capabilities

• Hands-on experience constructing end-to-end solutions on major cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, with a preference for candidates familiar with Azure and Kubernetes.
• Strong proficiency with source control tools such as Git, and experience managing repositories using Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Frontend specialists must have solid experience developing production applications using React.js or AngularJS.
• Working knowledge of backend development with Java or Springboot, including the ability to develop APIs using JSON or SOAP-based web services, is highly valued.
• Comfort with relational database concepts and demonstrated experience writing SQL queries in databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
