Key Responsibilities

  • Research and establish fair market values for a wide range of vehicle makes and models to support claim settlements.
  • Update vehicle inventories, verify availability, and provide accurate pricing for both new and used vehicles.
  • Conduct outbound, non‑sales calls to automobile dealerships and claim adjusters to gather necessary information and clarify claim details.
  • Develop and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with dealers and adjusters, acting as the primary point of contact for any vehicle‑related inquiries.
