Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective and existing customers via live chat, providing prompt, accurate, and courteous assistance.
  • Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate container types (e.g., 20‑ft, 40‑ft, refrigerated, high‑cube), and guide them through the purchasing process.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex’s product catalog, pricing structures, and promotional offers.
  • Document each interaction in the CRM system, ensuring that all leads, inquiries, and sales opportunities are accurately recorded.
  • Collaborate with the sales, logistics, and fulfillment teams to coordinate container delivery schedules, paperwork, and post‑sale support.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets by converting chat conversations into closed deals, leveraging the 5% commission structure.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, product webinars, and performance reviews to continuously improve product knowledge and communication skills.
  • Provide feedback to management on common customer questions, emerging market trends, and potential improvements to the live‑chat platform.
  • Adhere to arenaflex’s service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring a response time of under 30 seconds for incoming chats during scheduled hours.
  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in all customer interactions.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in live‑chat support, e‑commerce, or remote customer service (minimum 1 year preferred).
  • Exceptional written communication skills with a keen eye for grammar, tone, and clarity.
  • Strong internet connectivity and a reliable computer setup capable of handling multiple chat windows simultaneously.
  • Ability to work a full 40‑hour week, Monday‑Friday, 9 am – 6 pm EST, while residing anywhere in the world.
  • Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working independently without constant supervision.
  • Basic familiarity with CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and spreadsheet tools.
  • Willingness to learn about shipping containers, logistics, and the broader supply‑chain ecosystem.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in sales or commission‑based roles, especially within the logistics or manufacturing sectors.
  • Multilingual abilities (Spanish, French, Mandarin, etc.) to serve a diverse, global customer base.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $500 per month.

Commission: 5% commission on each container sold (approximately $20‑$30 per container).

Pay Frequency: Bi‑monthly payments processed through arenaflex.
