Key Responsibilities

Primary Duties

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy.

Additional Contributions

  • Identify recurring pain points and share insights with the Quality Assurance team to drive process improvements.

Essential Qualifications
