Remote School Social Worker

Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group counseling to students dealing with social, emotional, and behavioral issues.
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to identify students' needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to understand and address the challenges faced by students.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for parents and staff on various social and emotional topics.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of student interactions and progress.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
- Experience working in a school setting or with children and adolescents is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping students thrive.
