Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to supporters and donors to raise funds for our clients
• Build relationships with donors and supporters, providing exceptional customer service and stewardship
• Meet and exceed fundraising targets, while maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism
• Stay up-to-date with current events, politics, and social issues, and be able to articulate our mission and values to donors and supporters
• Collaborate with our team to achieve our fundraising goals and objectives

Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with donors and supporters
• Persistence and resilience, with a strong ability to overcome objections and rejection
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to read and understand information, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A quiet workspace, with a reliable internet connection and a headset with a microphone
• A desktop, laptop, or Chromebook computer with a webcam
