Power BI Platform Developer W2 Only (NO C2C) NO STUDENT VISAS (NO OPT / CPT) - 100% BG VERIFICATION REQUIRED

• Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards, reports,

and data visualizations.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable reporting and automation solutions.
• Build and support Power Apps solutions for business process improvement.
• Develop Power Automate workflows to streamline approvals, notifications, and repetitive tasks.
• Work with data sources such as SharePoint, Excel, SQL, Dataverse, and other enterprise systems.
• Clean, transform, and model data for reporting and analytics.
• Support governance, access control, documentation, and solution maintenance.
• Collaborate with business users, project teams, and technical teams to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements.
• Ensure solutions follow security, compliance, and data management best practices.
• Create documentation, user guides, and training materials for end users.
• Perform testing, defect resolution, and ongoing support for deployed solutions.
• Provide recommendations for improving reporting efficiency, automation, and adoption.
• 4+ years of experience in Power BI, Power Platform, or related Microsoft business applications.
• Strong experience developing dashboards, reports, and data models in Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience working with Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 tools.
• Working knowledge of data structures, reporting concepts, and basic SQL.
• Ability to gather requirements and communicate clearly with business stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting business operations, reporting, or process automation initiatives
