The Enterprise Data Strategy team sits at the heart of arenaflex’s Credit and Fraud Risk (CFR) organization. As a Remote Data Entry & Enterprise Data Strategy Analyst, you will help design, implement, and refine data‑driven solutions that protect customers across the entire lifecycle – from onboarding and underwriting to authorizations and collections. Your work will directly influence risk‑mitigation models, revenue growth, and the strategic direction of arenaflex’s data economy.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to develop innovative, data‑centric strategies that enhance credit and fraud risk management.
• Support the end‑to‑end data strategy across the customer lifecycle, ensuring solutions are both risk‑based and business‑driven.
• Analyze existing and emerging data sets to uncover opportunities for optimizing data products, services, and business processes.
• Maintain and monitor data quality, security, and freshness, establishing robust governance standards.
• Expand and refine analytical metrics to provide actionable insights and stronger controls for risk teams.
• Partner with internal and external data providers to explore new data sources and improve existing data pipelines.
• Work closely with CFR Data Strategy, Product Owners, Compliance, Risk, Fraud, and Decision Science teams to align initiatives.
• Manage third‑party relationships in accordance with arenaflex’s Third‑Party Lifecycle Management program.
• Apply consultative skills to navigate a fast‑paced, global environment and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Essential Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics).
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, and SAS; experience working with large‑scale data sets and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Industry Experience: Prior work in a financial services organization, preferably within credit risk, fraud risk, or data analytics functions.
• Analytical Acumen: Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to influence and collaborate across matrixed teams.
• Project Management: Proven track record of managing large‑scale, multi‑partner initiatives with tight deadlines.
