Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate Data Capture: Enter information from a continuous flow of scanned images into the arenaflex QuickClaim platform, ensuring each entry matches the source document precisely.
  • Document Classification: Identify and categorize document types according to detailed guidelines, applying consistent logic to maintain uniformity across the system.
  • Quality Assurance: Review each entry for completeness, correctness, and compliance with internal quality standards before final submission.
  • HIPAA Compliance: Safeguard Personal Health Information (PHI) by adhering strictly to HIPAA policies, maintaining confidentiality, and following secure handling procedures.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with fellow team members, supervisors, and cross‑functional partners to resolve ambiguities, share best practices, and support collective goals.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively suggest enhancements to data entry workflows, tools, and documentation to increase efficiency and reduce error rates.
  • Daily Completion: Ensure all assigned tasks are finalized before the end of each shift, meeting productivity targets while preserving quality.
  • General Office Support: Perform additional administrative duties as needed, such as organizing digital files, updating status logs, and assisting with team initiatives.

Compensation & Schedule

Pay Rate: $12.00 per hour (competitive for the market and region). Employment Type: Both part‑time (minimum 20 hours per week) and full‑time positions are available, with a preference for full‑time candidates. Shift Options: Flexible scheduling between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, allowing you to select the hours that best fit your lifestyle. Location: Remote role, with the primary geographic focus on candidates residing in or near Superior, WI, to comply with any state‑specific regulations.

Essential Qualifications

  • Demonstrated self‑motivation and a strong work ethic, with the ability to stay focused in a remote environment.
