Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end projects that develop, test, and launch supply‑chain solutions aimed at improving service performance, on‑time delivery, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Design and implement quantitative analytical models that support strategic performance initiatives, including forecasting, capacity planning, and root‑cause analysis.
  • Utilize advanced business‑analysis techniques and database tools (SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) to extract, cleanse, and interpret large data sets, turning raw information into actionable insights.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for arenaflex and its customers to enhance processes, reduce costs, and increase service reliability; develop recommendation decks and present findings to senior stakeholders on a regular cadence.
  • Collaborate with cross‑departmental teams—including Operations, Sales, IT, and Compliance—to ensure seamless integration of new solutions and alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Maintain strong, positive relationships with internal partners and external customers, serving as a trusted advisor and champion for data‑driven decision making.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials to support the adoption of new tools and processes across the organization.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) post‑implementation, conducting continuous improvement cycles to refine solutions and maximize impact.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends in logistics, supply‑chain technology, and customer experience, bringing innovative ideas to the arenaflex roadmap.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum four (4) years of experience in external customer problem resolution, preferably within a logistics or transportation environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with business software applications, including advanced Excel, SQL, data‑visualization platforms, and project‑management tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence senior leaders and build consensus across diverse teams.
  • Directly related experience may offset degree requirements; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, MS in Analytics) may offset experience requirements.

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications

  • Master Export Specialist (MES) certification or Certified Export Specialist (CES) credential.
  • Customs Broker License (CCS) or extensive customs import clearance experience.
  • Quality‑improvement certifications such as Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt), Total Quality Management (TQM), or Quality Development Management (QDM).
  • Hands‑on experience coordinating air and ocean shipments, including booking, planning, documentation, and tracking.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance, trade‑compliance software, and international shipping documentation.

Compensation, Perks & Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $5,364.26 – $9,476.86 per month, calibrated to experience, location, and market factors. In addition to base pay, eligible employees may receive performance‑based bonuses, premium pay for critical projects, and other incentive programs.
