Job Description

The Home-Based Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial part in maintaining and improving our data management systems. As a member of American Express, you will ensure that data is accurately entered and managed across various platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to enter and update data into our systems accurately and efficiently. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a data entry role or similar position. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.

Responsibilities

Accurately input data into various systems and databases. Verify data for accuracy and completeness. Maintain data confidentiality and security. Assist with generating reports and data analysis as required. Respond to data-related inquiries in a timely manner. Participate in training sessions and team meetings. Identify and correct data discrepancies where necessary.
