What you will be doing You'll respond to customers reaching out through live chat widgets on websites and social media channels. Some conversations will be from existing customers needing help, while others will be from prospects interested in learning more about products or services. Your job is to engage thoughtfully, solve problems quickly, and represent the brand well. Contract length Ongoing, flexible arrangement. Rate $35 per hour. Skills/background needed You'll need a smartphone, tablet, or computer to access chat platforms. Strong ability to work without supervision. Comfort following detailed guidelines and best practices.
